Investigations

Description of the Case
The client will disclose the reason for the investigation and/or the legal justification to CI during initial contact. Once CI has received the description of the problem, need or situation an investigative plan and course of action will be determined.

Conduct of the Investigation
The investigation will be performed with competency and integrity. CI will not knowingly perform, advise or instruct anything that will violate the laws and statutes of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or the United States of America.

Confidentiality
It is understood that the relationship between the client and CI is to be held in the strictest confidence.

Investigation Fees
Cherish Investigations charges are for services rendered at an hourly rate per hour, plus expenses, per investigator and/or operator.

Compensation
Expenditures are dependent on what transpires during the course of an investigation.
